Bottom Line (well this is the top line, but bite me...) : Drop some belly flab.
- I will go for a walk/jog/run every Tuesday and Thursday from my house around the loop and down the hill (~1 to 1.5 mile).
- Also, I will strive to make many more small movements throughout the day (e.g. leaving during sixth maybe 2 times a week to go for a walk with Brant and Dana) to boost Calorie burning.
- I will take up some weight lifting.
- Also, if I get munchies or feel like boredom eating, I will drink more water and ask myself if I am really hungry or just bored. If I'm not truly starving, I'll go for a run.
- If I do delve into devilishly bad for me foods I will go for a run immediately after.
