Goals & Dieting stuffs.

Ok, it's set.

Starting on Monday September the 22nd, I will limit my red meat intake. I will try to only eat chicken, fish and turkey with RARE dips into beef.
Also, I will up my fruit and veg consumption... More leafy greens!!
Also, I will restrict my soda consumption to one clear sodas (e.g. Sprite, 7Up, etc...), no more caramel-colored sodas (e.g. Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, etc...), though I will mainly stick to water and 2% milk.
Also - in terms of exercising- I will attempt at least 30 sit-ups/crunches a night as well as every Tuesday and Thursday 15 minutes of arm work outs with weights (that gradually increase), just to lose the wings not to bulk up.
Also, I will strive for at least 2 miles of walking, jogging or running every fortnight - if not more frequently.
I will also limit my Caloric intake to 1,500 Calories a day at the utmost peak.

This blog was mainly just a place for me to square away my hopes and goals... So don't read to deeply into it.
